Quick troubleshooting
- App does not open or crashes:
- Force close the app and open it again.
- Restart your device.
- Update to the latest version from the App Store.
- Import statement issues:
- Verify your file is CSV, XLS, or XLSX.
- Confirm required columns are present.
- Try a smaller file first to validate format.
- Backup export issues:
- Ensure device storage is available.
- Retry export and choose a different destination in the share sheet.
- Premium and restore purchases:
- Open Settings in the app and use Restore Purchases.
- Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
